Terms of Service
These terms explain the use of RYVORIX, its accounts and licenses. Online purchasing is not yet available.
1. Product and compatibility
Desktop application: Windows 10/11 64-bit (x64) only. Not compatible with macOS or Linux.
RYVORIX is digital software. A license allows use of the product’s published features while valid; it does not transfer ownership of the software. RYVORIX Companion for Android is a companion app and does not replace the desktop application. Check the published requirements before obtaining access.
2. Account and credentials
Use an email address you can access, keep your credentials secure and do not share your account. Sign out on shared computers and use “Remember me” only on trusted computers. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and seek help through official channels.
3. Plans, prices and duration

The displayed price for each plan is the amount presented to the customer. All plans are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Temporary licenses end when their duration expires.
In the current key system, time starts when a key is redeemed, not when the account is created or the software is downloaded. The 3, 14 and 30 day plans are consecutive 24-hour periods.
A temporary key adds its duration to the expiry of a current temporary license; if none is active, it starts on redemption. A Lifetime key converts the license to Lifetime. An account that already has Lifetime does not consume further keys. Each key can be redeemed only once and remains associated with the account.
4. What Lifetime means
Lifetime means the license has no scheduled time-based expiry while RYVORIX continues to offer the relevant product or service, subject to the Terms of Service.
Lifetime does not promise that RYVORIX will exist forever or provide permanent compatibility or support. This definition does not allow arbitrary removal of a license or limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Authorized device
A license permits one authorized device at a time. Binding occurs on the client’s first authorized sign-in; creating an account, redeeming a key or downloading does not bind a computer. Temporary licenses do not allow self-service device changes. Lifetime permits the first change without waiting and applies a five-day wait between subsequent changes; the previous device is no longer authorized. Seek assistance for other cases.
6. Responsible use
Do not share, sell or resell accounts, access or keys without authorization. Do not bypass license restrictions, tamper with authorizations or abuse the portal. Follow applicable law and the rules of any third-party services you use. RYVORIX does not guarantee that those services permit its use or that use is risk-free.
RYVORIX is not marketed or guaranteed as undetectable, ban-safe or risk-free. The use of automation software may be restricted or prohibited by the rules of certain games or third-party services and may result in warnings, suspensions, restrictions or bans. RYVORIX does not control third-party detection systems, manual reviews, player reports or external disciplinary decisions. Users are responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with using RYVORIX with those services.
7. Support, updates and availability
For technical problems, contact support first. We may request your Windows version, error messages and non-sensitive logs relevant to the issue. We will not request passwords, API keys or other secrets, or unnecessary sensitive information.
RYVORIX may receive updates, feature changes and maintenance. Older versions may cease to receive support; indefinite compatibility with future changes to Windows or other components, uninterrupted operation and error-free software are not guaranteed. Material changes will be communicated through official channels, respecting legal obligations concerning updates and conformity.
8. Security, suspension and revocation
We may restrict access reasonably and proportionately in cases of fraud, abuse, compromised accounts, unauthorized resale, fraudulent chargebacks, license tampering or serious breaches. Measures will be based on facts and explained where possible and safe; you may request a review. A security restriction does not by itself mean permanent loss of the license.
Disputing a charge in good faith, requesting support or exercising consumer rights is not by itself fraud or a reason for a penalty.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
The software is provided according to its published features. You must meet the advertised technical requirements and use it responsibly. We make no additional commitments about results or third-party services, but no clause excludes liability or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded. Legal remedies remain available where the product is not supplied or is not conforming.
10. Changes to the product and these terms
The product and terms may evolve. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where appropriate. They will not apply retroactively to arbitrarily reduce a purchased license or remove mandatory rights. Plan durations and the meaning of Lifetime will be preserved as agreed, without prejudice to applicable rights and remedies.
11. Contact and support
Support and complaint channels will be announced in the portal before online purchasing is enabled. Use only officially published channels and keep your account and request references.
These texts do not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights. If a commercial rule conflicts with those rights, mandatory rights take precedence.
