Refund Policy
This policy describes how requests concerning RYVORIX digital access will be assessed. Online purchasing is not yet available. It distinguishes the commercial policy from mandatory legal rights.
1. General commercial policy
Once digital access has been delivered or activated, purchases are normally final under our commercial policy, subject to the exceptions below and applicable legal rights. Delivery or activation alone does not remove withdrawal rights or rights concerning non-conformity.
A discretionary commercial refund is not normally offered for a change of mind, an impulsive purchase, no longer wanting to use RYVORIX, unused temporary license time or subjective expectations beyond the advertised features. This does not prevent any applicable statutory withdrawal or other mandatory remedy.
A suspension, restriction or ban imposed by a game or third-party service does not by itself constitute a technical failure of RYVORIX or automatically qualify for a refund, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights.
2. Technical requirements
Desktop application: Windows 10/11 64-bit (x64) only. Not compatible with macOS or Linux.
Purchasing for macOS or Linux, or ignoring technical requirements clearly shown before purchase, does not normally justify a discretionary commercial refund. This rule does not deny mandatory rights or apply where the published information is inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Exceptions and remedies
Exceptions may be considered for a verifiable product-related technical issue that prevents the software from running or being used. Contact support and allow a reasonable attempt to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund or another appropriate remedy will be considered; this process does not delay or condition rights that the law allows you to exercise directly.
Duplicate charges and payments where access or a license was not delivered due to a RYVORIX failure will also be reviewed. Refunds or other remedies required by law will apply. Each case may require reasonable verification.
4. How to seek help
For technical issues, seek help through official channels and describe the issue, Windows version and error message. Support may request non-sensitive logs and other reasonable diagnostic information. Provide only what is necessary and remove personal information unrelated to the issue.
Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, secrets or unrelated sensitive information. You do not need to share credentials to request support or a review.
5. Withdrawal and digital supply
Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, it can only be lost in the circumstances and subject to the requirements provided by law. Certain paid digital content may require prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of the loss of that right and a confirmation you can keep. Activation, a checkbox or acceptance of this policy does not by itself remove all rights. No purchase or immediate-supply consent is being requested now.
These texts do not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights. If a commercial rule conflicts with those rights, mandatory rights take precedence.
6. Contact and review
Support and complaint channels will be announced in the portal before online purchasing is enabled. Use only officially published channels and keep your account and request references.
